Overview
This machine is used to produce PP PE PVC single wall corrugated pipe. It can efficiently and stably produce corrugated pipes continuously and simple operation.. It mainly consists of an extruder, head mold, corrugated pipe forming machine, forming module, coiler machine, etc.
Application and characteristics
PP PE PVC single wall corrugated pipe is widely used in the daily life, It can be used such as threading pipe, drain pipe, Shisha pipe, shrinking pipe and so on.It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high strength.
Single Screw Extruder
High speed and efficiency screw, hard tooth reducer, imported frequency converter, evenly heated raw materials, good plasticizing effect, ensuring the speed and effect of extrusion.
Forming Machine
Closed structure, through gear transmission module, template water cooling, product air cooling, high production speed, fast cooling. By using the corresponding molds, the inner and outer surfaces are formed in one go to produce corrugated pipe products with uniform ripples.
Mold
Molds are used to form corrugated hoses with different diameters. According to customer needs, different sizes of corrugated hoses should be replaced with forming molds.
Coiler machine
Single station or double station with tension and frequency control motor.Used for winding pipes, variable frequency speed regulation, uninterrupted and efficient production, neat winding, compact machine structure, high degree of automation, neat and beautiful winding, and convenient operation.
